For example, It is only mandatory to check a “representative number” of outlets, windows etc. I check every electrical outlet and every window, etc. that I can get my hands on. I don’t take shortcuts with my inspections or my reports. You will receive a report that is very detailed and filled with lots of photos for your records. At Freedom Home Inspections we cater to first time home buyers. We walk you through the inspection process and go over every detail of the home with you during the inspection. How long does a home inspection take?
A typical home inspection takes between 2 and 3 hours.
When will I get my report?
Reports are guaranteed within 48 hours of the inspection and usually are complete within 24. Our reports are very comprehensive and are filled with photos of your beautiful new home.
When can you do the inspection?
We are available 7 days a week for all of your inspection needs. Last minute requests are always fulfilled, it’s the nature of our business.
